About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing experience for our guests, delivering a variety of treatments, and advising on the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and mentor a team of Therapists
  • Deliver a range of treatments and provide expert advice on products
  • Sell retail products and upsell or book additional treatments
  • Attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Elemis and Jessica Nails knowledge and experience (desirable)
