About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, mentoring and supporting a team of therapists, and contributing to the overall success of our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments and provide expert advice on products and services
  • Mentor and support a team of therapists to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of spa operations and services
  • Upsell and promote additional treatments and products to guests
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, with supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products and treatments
