Join Our Team as a Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, delivering a variety of treatments, and using your expertise to advise on the best products for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and relaxed
  • Upsell and promote additional treatments and products to enhance the guest experience
  • Work closely with our Elemis Ambassadors to perfect your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and products

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential
  • Elemis and Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
