About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing a range of treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, whether they are staying with us or visiting our spa for a day.
  • Deliver a variety of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, using your expertise to advise guests on the best products for their skin and well-being.
  • Sell a range of products from our retail offer, as well as upselling or booking guests in for additional or further treatments.
  • Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to perfect your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and products.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails would be a bonus.
