Priory Adult Care is dedicated to providing expert adult care services, focused on delivering personalized support in the comfort of residents' own homes.
We cater to individuals aged 18 and above with diverse needs, including autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and challenging behaviors. Our comprehensive support extends to older adults requiring varying levels of care in residential and nursing settings.
This role involves working as a bank support worker to cover annual leave and absences for our existing staff team. Key responsibilities include supporting residents with daily tasks, outings, appointments, and social interactions. Team members will assist with personal care, medication management, and some cleaning duties to help residents maintain their homes and personal spaces.
To ensure efficient care delivery and effective staffing, we require staff to provide advance notice of available shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking a fulfilling career in care provision.
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 annually.
