Our organization supports adults over 18 with various needs, including autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and challenging behaviors. We also cater to older adults requiring different levels of care in residential and nursing settings.

This position requires a bank support worker to cover annual leave and absences for our existing staff team. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, outings, appointments, and social interactions. Staff will support residents with personal care, medication management, and some cleaning duties to maintain their homes and personal spaces.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide flexible support, ensuring seamless care delivery. To accommodate varied schedules and facilitate effective planning, staff are expected to provide advance notice of available shifts.

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per year.
