About the Role:

The client is looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of the payroll function, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of payroll and a holistic view of how payroll integrates with both finance and HR.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and improving processes, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices that align with their overall business strategy. You will collaborate closely with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Process payroll for all UK employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
  • Implement best practices and improve processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
