Customer Development Executive

At McCurrach, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the soft drinks category within your defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities in your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and establish new business opportunities
- Partner with our customers to understand their needs and execute solutions that drive sales growth
- Deliver on key selling metrics and support the development of a winning territory business plan
Requirements:
- Previous experience in convenience, business development, or FMCG is preferable
- Field-based role requires a manual driving license
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good administration, organizational, and planning skills
- Self-motivated and IT and social media literate
