Customer Development Executive - Soft Drinks Sales

At McCurrach, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the soft drinks category within your defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to maximize sales opportunities in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and establish new business opportunities
  • Partner with our customers to understand their needs and execute solutions that drive sales growth
  • Deliver on key selling metrics and support the development of a winning territory business plan

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in convenience, business development, or FMCG is preferable
  • Field-based role requires a manual driving license
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good administration, organizational, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated and IT and social media literate
