UK Liability Adjuster

Job Overview
Crawford & Company is seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability to Commercial-based claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate all relevant evidence to understand policy cover and liability.
- Negotiate settlements and manage pushbacks to ensure swift resolution.
- Work in partnership with an assigned Liability Adjuster on more complex claims.
- Liaise with third parties involved in the claim.
Requirements
- Insurance qualification such as CII or equivalent.
- Experience in end-to-end caseload management.
- Able to prioritize claims and act on instructions and SLAs.
- Knowledge of FSA procedures and the TCF initiative.
- Awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
