About the Role

Crawford & Company is seeking a talented Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability to Commercial claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Liability claims, ensuring swift resolution and great client relationships.
  • Work in partnership with an assigned Liability Adjuster on complex claims, managing client instructions and negotiations.
  • Gather relevant evidence and understand policy cover details, explaining complex information in a non-technical and unbiased approach.
  • Negotiate settlement and manage pushbacks to achieve swift resolution.
  • Liaise with third parties involved in the claim.

About You

We're looking for a talented individual with experience in Liability claims, preferably with an insurance qualification such as CII or equivalent. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize claims and work in a KPI target environment.
