Our Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Liability Claims Adjuster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability, and Commercial based claims. You will work in partnership with an assigned liability adjuster on more complex claims, managing client instructions to ensure great client relationships built around trust, respect, and speedy resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather all relevant evidence and understand full details of policy cover, ensuring the customer is aware of liability and able to explain this in a non-technical and non-bias approach.
- Negotiate settlement and manage pushbacks to swift resolution.
- Liaise with any third parties involved with the claim.
About You
We are looking for a strong candidate with some liability claims exposure, although applications are welcome from candidates with different claims backgrounds. You will ideally have an insurance qualification such as CII or equivalent, although study support is available. You will also need to have experience of end-to-end caseload management, be able to prioritize claims, and be comfortable in a KPI target environment.
