Role Overview:

As Curriculum Development Manager at Make UK, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our education department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new curricula, ensuring that they meet the needs of our learners and the requirements of industry partners.

You will work closely with our technical team to design and deliver training programs, using your knowledge of educational theory and practice to inform your approach. This will involve staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practice, as well as collaborating with external organizations to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of educators. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing tutors, as well as monitoring their performance and providing constructive feedback.

We offer a generous salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including pension contributions, life assurance, and access to professional development opportunities.
