Customer Service Team Leader Position

As a Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of Customer Service Administrators to ensure that customers receive exceptional service from order to project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Train and develop staff to meet customer needs
* Oversee the order processing and equipment delivery process
* Manage escalation of complex queries and complaints
* Resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled
* Finalise projects with the Sales Team
* Adhere to company processes and procedures
* Develop strong relationships with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts Departments
* Build excellent customer relationships
* Conduct staff appraisals for development
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a senior role
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Strong administration and customer service skills
* Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
* Ability to motivate a team
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this position is £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus up to 4% of salary. This role offers a permanent opportunity to work with a reputable company.
