Food Service Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, managing teams and overseeing catering operations. They will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, motivating the team to meet expectations, and assisting with inventory management and budget monitoring.
Responsibilities- Liaise between the team and manager to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services
- Motivate the team to exceed customer expectations
- Assist with managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
- Manage tills and process payments efficiently
- Support and train teams to excel in their roles
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for exceptional customer service
