Job Title: Lead Service Designer

Job Summary:

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Lead Service Designer to join our team. As a Lead Service Designer, you will be responsible for creating better products and solutions for our clients through consulting and delivery services. This role requires senior client stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and creating as-is and to-be blueprints backed up by data-led research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define user journeys backed up by in-depth research, analysis, and business understanding
  • Prioritize discovering user needs and behaviors through research, workshops, and testing
  • Define the current-state and future vision of the service by working closely with stakeholders and owners
  • Lead discovery and research phases to identify key metrics, understand business and user needs, and create a meaningful service experience
  • Proactively gather relevant data, insights, and information from diverse sources to shape the future of the service vision

Requirements:

  • Experience creating complex service blueprints, user journey maps, and user flows derived from business requirements and user stories
  • Extensive hands-on experience facilitating user research workshops, synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting clear and actionable findings
  • Team leadership and the ability to continually set the benchmark for creative thinking and CX practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant industry experience, preferably in fintech
