About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team at Vision for Education. As a key member of our SEN school community, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of complex needs, including ASD, PMLD, MLD and social, emotional and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with SEND and be able to create tailored learning plans that meet their individual requirements. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless transition between lessons and activities.

We offer a comprehensive training programme, as well as ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in this role. Our estimated annual salary is £38,000-£50,000, commensurate with experience, and reflects the importance of this position in supporting our students' academic and personal growth.
