Field Sales and Marketing Manager

**Job Description:** As a Field Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing plans to support sales execution within UK & Ireland value and volume ambitions.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product launch success.
- Analyze data from Nielsen and Sell-in/Sell-out reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Work closely with our distributor in Leeds to improve execution and implement trade marketing plans.
- Develop a comprehensive annual promotional plan with our Foodservice Top WHS partner.
- Contribute to the Route to Market strategy and develop initiatives in focus segments.
- Support the Channel marketing team and Country Sales Manager in developing the Annual Operating Plan/Budget.
- Enhance brand presence and campaign execution across trade through best practices.
**Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
- Understanding of channels & customers and ability to apply best marketing tools.
- Experience with Nielsen panel data is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience in the UK Foodservice and Retail FMCG market.
**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
