**Job Description:** As a Field Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing plans to support sales execution within UK & Ireland value and volume ambitions.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product launch success.
  • Analyze data from Nielsen and Sell-in/Sell-out reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Work closely with our distributor in Leeds to improve execution and implement trade marketing plans.
  • Develop a comprehensive annual promotional plan with our Foodservice Top WHS partner.
  • Contribute to the Route to Market strategy and develop initiatives in focus segments.
  • Support the Channel marketing team and Country Sales Manager in developing the Annual Operating Plan/Budget.
  • Enhance brand presence and campaign execution across trade through best practices.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing Communication.
  • Understanding of channels & customers and ability to apply best marketing tools.
  • Experience with Nielsen panel data is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience in the UK Foodservice and Retail FMCG market.

**Estimated Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
