Logobrand Field Marketing is a leading field sales agency with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for iconic brands such as Pepsi, Old El Paso, and Moet & Chandon. We are seeking an experienced Regional Field Manager to join our team in the UK.

Job Description:
  • Main point of contact for our field teams, handling issues, queries, development, training, engagement, motivation, coaching, and performance management.
  • Preparing monthly reports on field coverage and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring great communication with our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive identification of new opportunities.
  • Championing Logobrand Field Marketing with the knowledge and enthusiasm to drive brand sales.
  • Utilising field outputs to inform and shape development opportunities.
  • Conducting full test visits ahead of key campaigns, feeding back outputs.
  • Ensuring territory cover for key clients, managing holiday and absences.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Strong computer literacy skills – Email, PowerPoint, and Excel are essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is mandatory.
  • The ability to work independently, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The flexibility to travel throughout the Northern regions of the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team within FMCG, ideally 2 years.
  • An understanding of sales, merchandising, and retail/grocery environments is crucial for success.
  • You must be a self-starter with well-developed communication skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to interact at any level within an organisation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills.
  • A fast learner with a good practical awareness.
