National Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers, driving sales growth, and aiding the business's ongoing growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supermarket and grocery retail accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Create and implement comprehensive account plans for each key retailer.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional activities, and contractual agreements.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as an on-site working policy when not on the road visiting accounts.
