Note: This role is a Field-Based Door-to-Door role that requires a driving license and access to a vehicle.

Ria Marketing is a young, dynamic sales agency that's all about launching successful sales careers. With leading sales training, we give you the chance to earn as you learn, rewarding your progression with uncapped performance-based pay.

What does it mean to be a trainee sales executive? This opportunity is your gateway to the lucrative world of sales. Over the course of 3 months, you'll be deployed in the field as a Door-To-Door Energy Advisor, helping UK households improve their energy efficiency through grant-funded home upgrades. You'll earn commissions on each successful upgrade, providing a direct link between your efforts and your earnings.

During this time, you'll master advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and resilience, all while earning an average of £400-£800 a week in commissions from the start. As you develop into the top 1% of salespeople, your outstanding results will open doors to even better opportunities, with the opportunity to be placed onto sought after sales roles.
