Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Teaching Assistants in their roles, helping them to develop their skills and confidence. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support Teaching Assistants in their roles
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Teaching Assistants
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of lessons and activities
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
