Head of Portfolio & Asset Management

Our client, a leading real estate private equity fund, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Portfolio & Asset Management in London. This position will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the company's real estate portfolio across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the European team to develop and implement strategies for maximizing value and minimizing risk across the investment portfolio.
  2. Oversee leasing, debt, capex, and other property-level activities to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Analyze property operating and capital budgets to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
  4. Manage operating partners to drive business results and enhance portfolio performance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in real estate buy-side operations, preferably with a leading PERE or opportunistic real estate investor/asset manager.
  2. Circa years of relevant asset and portfolio management experience, with a strong track record of success.
  3. Deep Pan European experience, with a broad understanding of various real estate sectors, including logistics, residential/multifamily, and office.
  4. Excellent financial modeling and reporting capabilities, with advanced MS Office skills, including strong presentation formulation.
  5. Fluent English, with a second European language (Dutch/German) a significant advantage.
  6. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial private equity environment.
  7. Highly motivated self-starter with well-developed personal and client management skills.
