Your New Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be working within our sales team, mentored by one of our experienced Business Development Managers and our internal Learning and Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify top talent from engineering shop floor to senior-level opportunities and present them to our clients.
- Lead gathering will be a fundamental part of your sales activity – hitting weekly KPI targets will help to ensure your success.
- Take a full job brief from your client, understanding what questions you need to ask and why, as well as ensuring full compliance with any new accounts.
About You
- You will have some sales experience, which could have been gained in a variety of ways from recruitment, estate agency, insurance, car sales, or any B2B or B2C environments.
