Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Aylesbury. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the business through the provision of staffing to clients focused on quality, continuity, and reliability of their supplier chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Offer clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote our brand and services.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and communicate our business offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Follow company management systems, payroll, and recruitment procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation, upholding our company values.
  • Flexibly assist neighboring branches when needed and complete required training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is essential for travel to client sites.
  • A passion for business development and a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business growth, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Knowledge of the care industry is advantageous, but not essential.
