Role Overview:

The Adult Learning and Digital Literacy Specialist will play a key role in developing and delivering digital skills training programs for adults. This is a part-time, term-time only position, with working hours to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

  • Programme Development:
    • Design and develop high-quality digital skills training programs for adult learners.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Tutoring:
    • Deliver engaging and effective digital skills training sessions to adult learners.
    • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Administration:
    • Manage records of learner progress and assessment outcomes.
    • Contribute to the development of Individual Learning Plans with students.

Requirements:

Experience of teaching adult learners and a strong understanding of digital literacy principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
