We are seeking a Financial Literacy Specialist to join our team at Red 5 People. As a specialist in this field, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver training for adults with learning disabilities, focusing on financial literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging course content around financial literacy
  • Work closely with a leading charity and a global bank to develop and deliver the training
  • Test the content with learners and compile a report on lessons learned and best practices

In this role, you will have the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities. The project timeline includes fact-finding and research (Months 1-5), testing the content with learners (Months 4-7), and delivering the content (Months 7-12).

This is a home-based role with occasional on-site delivery in London or Manchester. Travel expenses are covered, and occasional overnight stays may be required. Ideally, you should be based in or near either city.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
