We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at DA Financial Trading Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the financial markets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with fluent level Italian literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. A background in financial markets would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through day-to-day interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support clients with technical issues and troubleshoot problems using remote support and one-to-one sessions.
  • Assist with account openings, amendments, and maintenance to ensure accurate company records.
  • Deal with complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating impeccable telephone etiquette.

The salary for this position is £35,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits. The role involves working from London's central office, with one day per week spent working from home. We offer a permanent contract with opportunities for career development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-related/support function.
  • Excellent English and Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and MT4/MT5 platforms would be advantageous.
