About the Role:
- Design and Deliver Customised Training Programs: Develop and implement tailored training strategies that meet the unique needs of our diverse workforce.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work closely with restaurant managers, team leaders, and the senior leadership team to create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor Progress and Report Results: Track training effectiveness, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to the senior leadership team.
- Offer Expertise and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
