**Job Summary:** We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Bradford. This full-time on-site role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and achieving growth targets set by the company.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our network
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions

**Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
