**Job Summary:** We seek an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Bradford. This full-time on-site role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, creating effective sales strategies, and achieving growth targets set by the company.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our network
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions
**Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
