International Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. This exciting opportunity will involve identifying new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways of reaching new and existing markets.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product sales experience, preferably in FMCG sales, and be qualified through experience or industry-related qualification. They will be a confident go-getter who doesn't take no for an answer, with extensive business development experience and a high passion for sales.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking to people of different seniority, and the ability to identify current trends and build successful pitches to drive sales across all brands. They will also have a proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts, as well as being a self-starter, self-motivated, and a team player.
Responsibilities- Researching and identifying new business opportunities across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways of reaching new and existing markets.
- Establishing and maintaining progressive customer relationships with key clients.
- Building successful sales pitches to drive sales across all brands.
- Selling all products from the company's stable of brands.
- Supporting business development through cross-selling, up-selling offers, and campaign promotions to target new and lapsed clients.
- 3+ years of product sales experience, preferably in FMCG sales.
- Qualified through experience or industry-related qualification.
- Highly driven, tenacious, and confident go-getter who doesn't take no for an answer.
- Extensive business development experience and a high passion for sales.
- Fantastic communication skills and confidence in speaking to people of different seniority.
- Able to identify current trends and build successful pitches to drive sales across all brands.
- Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining key accounts.

This role offers an estimated salary of £38,500 - £62,500 per annum, plus uncapped commission, OTE £100k.
