Job Overview

This Sales Growth Specialist role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling and database analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product categories and competitors.
  • Organize call-back diaries and update our CRM system to track progress.
  • Closing sales opportunities as they arise, while prioritizing lead identification and qualification.
  • Contribute to growing our pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar tele sales or customer contact role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence and articulation.
  • Ambition, self-motivation, resilience, and tenacity.
  • An organized approach to work, with an excellent telephone manner.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
