Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Multibrands International Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining progressive customer relationships, and delivering across the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other ways of reaching new and existing markets.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, progressive customer relationships with key clients, including importers, distributors, large wholesalers, multiple retail chain operators, and dealers.
- Trend Identification: Identify current trends and develop successful pitches to drive sales across all brands, including FMCG, LED & techtron.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and confidence in speaking to people of different seniority levels.
- Minimum 3 years of product sales experience (Essential) and previous FMCG sales experience (preferred).
- Qualified through experience or industry-related qualification.
- Highly driven, tenacious, and confident go-getter who doesn't take no for an answer.
- Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 per annum + Uncapped commission, OTE £100k.
- Central Bradford location.
