Client Partnership Specialist

In this exciting role, you will work closely with corporate clients to develop and maintain profitable relationships through Group Risk and Healthcare advice and services. You will be responsible for collating data, liaising with clients and insurers, and supporting administrative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate data and obtain quotations
- Liaise with corporate clients, insurers, and providers
- Support administrative projects
- Answer phones promptly
- Meet and greet clients
- Maintain accurate client records electronically
- Conduct ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested
Compensation Package: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience, plus benefits including holiday allowance 25 days + BHs, office hours 9-5 Monday to Friday, death in service policy, professional qualifications paid for, biannual profit-related pay, and flexible working arrangements.
Requirements: A certificate in financial services or insurance is desirable but not essential. You must have strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and accurately record information.
