We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Work collaboratively with the Reception Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's products and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of our hotel's operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using hotel software systems.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
