  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our hotel's products and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of our hotel's operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using hotel software systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
