Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Waiting List Coordinator to the Dialysis Vascular Access Team within the Renal Department at Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for the Dialysis Vascular Access and wider Renal Service, dealing effectively and courteously with all enquiries from GPs, patients, other departments within the Trust, and any other external organizations.

Key duties include ensuring RTT patient data quality is accurate at all times, accurately transcribing from digital dictation all clinical letters and other correspondence as required by the consultant and team, and adapting a flexible attitude to meet the needs of the service.

Requirements
  • GCSE in Maths and English or Equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working within a busy administrative environment
