We're seeking a flexible and self-motivated individual to manage a portfolio of valued clients and lead the delivery of exceptional client and learner experiences.

As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you will lead a project team and collaborate with colleagues to translate business wins into outstanding client and learner experiences, ensuring all relevant project stakeholders are informed and on track.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading a project team to deliver exceptional learning programs for clients and learners
  • Ensuring all programs are delivered on time, on budget, and in scope to exceptional standards
  • Building and developing relationships with clients
  • Understanding client and program needs, communicating scope, key milestones, and KPIs to all program stakeholders
  • Tracking and continuously improving programs to exceed customer needs and deliver impact

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Project Management
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop client relationships
  • Proven financial management skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Working knowledge of adult learning methodologies is an advantage
