About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Patient Services Team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Patient Services Team, ensuring the effective administration of patient data and the provision of a high-quality service to patients and staff. This will involve:
- Managing and prioritizing the work of the team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient data, including validation and registration of referrals
- Providing training and support to administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Working closely with the central and specialty administration teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience of working in a patient administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
