Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the central and specialty administration team leaders to ensure the effective management of patient flow and administrative processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient services and administrative support, ensuring a high-quality patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to validate referrals, register patients, and manage expedited patients.
- Provide clinical audio typing services and support the implementation of new patient administration systems and processes.
- Design and deliver training packages for administrative staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in patient services and administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
