About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Patient Services team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of administrative staff to provide high-quality support to our clinical divisions.
  • Develop and implement effective data quality management processes to ensure accurate and timely patient information.
  • Collaborate with our central and specialty administration teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and coaching to administrative staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new patient administration systems and processes to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data quality management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as oRSA III typing or equivalent administration experience, and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience.
