Kitchen Team Leader

Job Summary

A Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for managingand planning food preparation in our Minster View restaurant and Pepys Bar, towork second in command to our Kitchen Manager in producing high quality dishesand enforcing all food safety guidelines in the daily operation of the kitchento deliver exceptional dining service to our guests.

To work alongside management to maintain budgets,cost control, wages, wastage and to achieve monthly GP.

Finally, Deputise for Kitchen Manager when hes noton duty.

  • Making sure stock control and rotation procedures are implemented.
  • Strong Allergen knowledge
  • Train employees/Performance reviews and assist in recruitment.
  • Have passion for cooking.

This position is based on 30 contract andcandidates must be available to work weekends.
