Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team at Chartwells - Schools. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the dietary needs of our clients and customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our talented culinary teams to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Menu Development: Identify opportunities to improve our menus and food services, ensuring that we meet the evolving tastes and dietary requirements of our clients and customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive brand image through exemplary service standards.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with kitchen organization, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Culinary Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility: A flexible approach to working, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: A good understanding of Food Handling & Hygiene standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
