About the Role

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to become an integral part of a reputable organization. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a robust balance sheet approval process that is in harmony with the profit and loss statement sign-off.
  • Preparing comprehensive board presentations and reports.
  • Managing all reporting obligations to stakeholders, including the preparation of quarterly banking documentation.
  • Overseeing the budgeting process, ensuring adherence to group standards and timelines.
  • Implementing a mid-year re-forecasting strategy to adapt to changing business conditions.

Strategic Support

This role will also involve:

  • Assisting the organization in evaluating new business and acquisition prospects, providing insightful analysis of operational advantages and challenges.
  • Engaging in strategic planning and onboarding initiatives for new business projects and expansion efforts.
  • Monitoring customer service and operational effectiveness, aiming to reduce non-compliance issues.
  • Reporting on the performance metrics of non-financial departments.

Treasury Management

Maintaining financial liquidity through effective treasury management practices is crucial. The Finance Manager will ensure precise cash flow forecasting and will coordinate with external European accounts regarding VAT, payroll, and statutory financial reporting.
