Role Overview

As an IFA Administrator at Ortus PSR, you will play a crucial role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) by managing client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, including preparing client reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining client records.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, investment providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Financial Review Support: Assist with the preparation of financial reviews and client meetings, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Client Query Resolution: Manage client queries and provide efficient, professional service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure all processes comply with FCA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar IFA or financial services administrative role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial services software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
