We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in providing independent financial advice to high net worth individuals and businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new clients through referrals and proactive presentations to potential clients and introducers.
- Service an existing client base, providing ongoing financial advice and guidance.
- Conduct thorough fact finds and present financial options to clients.
- Work closely with the paraplanning and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
- Conduct annual reviews to ensure clients' financial goals are being met.
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience as a financial planner, preferably from an independent setting.
- A strong knowledge of a range of pensions, investments, and complex financial products, including VCTs.
- Minimum of Level 4 Diploma Qualified, although those working towards Chartered would be of most interest.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Driving licence and own vehicle, with the ability to travel to client meetings.
- Great basic salary and generous bonus structure.
- Full administrative and paraplanning support.
- Clients provided, with opportunities to build a loyal client base.
