Patient Services Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Patient Services team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of patient services, working closely with our clinical divisions to validate referrals and manage patient data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize patient services to ensure effective administration and data quality
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to validate referrals and manage patient data
- Develop and implement training packages for administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient services
- Contribute to the development of new patient administration systems and processes
Requirements
- Experience in data quality management and administration
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and patient data systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
