Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our revenue management team as the Hotel Revenue Strategy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to drive business results. Key responsibilities include:
- Yield/Revenue Management: Develop and implement yield management strategies to maximize revenue.
- Revenue Forecasting: Create accurate forecasts of revenue and occupancy rates to inform business decisions.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop pricing strategies that optimize revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in revenue management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of E-Marketing and distribution systems.
