Job Summary:

The Role:
We are seeking a Trainee or Certificated Enforcement Agent to work based in the West Midlands and operate from home/field. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting customers' properties, helping them reach the best solution to avoid further action. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive salary while working for a market-leader that provides full support and training to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers' properties to provide support and help them reach a solution.
- Communicate with customers or neighbours to understand their situation and provide assistance.
- Complete questionnaires and update the system.
- Take control of goods and remove them if necessary.
- Plan work schedules and visits to properties.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills to stay calm and influence people to find the best solutions.
- Trustworthy and honest, able to do the job to the highest standard, treating people with respect and dignity.
- Balanced and fair, able to make decisions with integrity, using different tactics to handle challenging or vulnerable customers.
- Determined and disciplined, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done and be rewarded for results.
