Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team in Warwickshire. As an Opiate Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of prescribed clients with varying complexities.

This is a part-time position with an immediate start available. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support care planning and risk assessments for clients.
  • Work with SUT to support clients toward detox/rehab.
  • Review care in line with client need and care plan.
