Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate: £17-£20 (dependent on experience)
Working hours: 37.5 hrs per week / Monday to Friday

Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Addiction Support Specialists. This role involves working with substance misuse clients and rough sleepers, providing vital treatment recovery, harm reduction advice, and interventions for blood-borne viruses (BBVs).

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload and deliver interventions primarily* Provide tailored support through recovery plans* Facilitate both individual and group sessions* Collaborate with detoxification teams within the program* Offer treatment recovery, harm reduction advice, and interventions for BBVs

Requirements
* Enhanced DBS required* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Strong understanding of addiction and recovery principles
