Senior Business Growth Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Growth Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As part of their growth strategy, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by closing deals from the opportunities generated by the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of qualified meetings generated by the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from initial contact to sales close.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions during meetings to understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Present and pitch solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company's sales goals and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Regularly update CRM systems with sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to optimise lead generation strategies and improve the quality of meetings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving conversions from meetings into revenue.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Strong track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior-level executives.
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales management.
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation, capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
